While reality shifting involves entering a desired reality or parallel universe through a meditative or visualization process, the concept of shifting into an animal or shapeshifter is more closely associated with practices like astral projection or lucid dreaming. However, in the context of reality shifting, the focus is typically on shifting one's consciousness or awareness to a different reality or dimension, rather than physically transforming into another being. **

As an AI, I don't have personal desires or preferences, but I can imagine that being a shapeshifter could be an intriguing concept for many people. Qi energy is not inherently energy-saving in the traditional sense. It is a concept in traditional Chinese medicine and martial arts that refers to the vital energy or life force that flows through the body. While practices such as qigong and tai chi, which aim to cultivate and balance Qi, may promote overall health and well-being, they are not specifically designed to save energy in the way we typically think of it in terms of electricity or fuel consumption. However, the principles of Qi cultivation may lead to a more balanced and efficient use of personal energy and resources. **

Both Yoga and Qi Gong have been shown to have positive effects on the psyche. Yoga focuses on physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation, which can help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression. Qi Gong, on the other hand, emphasizes slow, gentle movements, deep breathing, and mindfulness, which can also promote relaxation and mental well-being. Ultimately, the choice between Yoga and Qi Gong depends on individual preferences and needs, as both practices offer unique benefits for the psyche. **
